How long does a roof replacement take?
Most residential replacements are finished in a single day, weather permitting. Larger or steep-pitch roofs can take two to three days. We confirm the schedule in writing before work starts.
Do you offer manufacturer warranties?
Yes. We are GAF Master Elite certified, which lets us offer the Golden Pledge warranty: 50 years on materials and 25 years on workmanship, registered and transferable.
Will you work with my insurance company after hail?
We document the damage, meet your adjuster on-site, and provide a line-item scope that matches insurance software pricing. You pay your deductible — Colorado law prohibits us from waiving it.
Is the inspection really free?
